About 511 Cotton Tree
511 Cotton Tree is located on The Esplanade, Cotton Tree in the stylish secure Cosmopolitan Building. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, an attractive kitchen and spacious living area.
511 Cotton Tree has two balconies, one off the master bedroom overlooking the swimming pool and the other off the living area with a view of the park and beach area directly across the road. There is an undercover secure car space dedicated to the apartment.
The bedrooms each have queen-size beds and the bathrooms come with hairdryers and toiletries. 511 Cotton Tree has its own laundry complete with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and everything you’ll need during your stay.

The building hosts a lovely swimming pool and BBQ area to be enjoyed and a gymnasium and suana for those who like to maintain their healthy routine whilst enjoying a break from everyday life.

511 Cotton Tree, is privately owned by Mark & Cheryl and located in the vibrant heart of Cotton Tree, Maroochydore.
“Originally, 511 Cotton Tree was simply a way for us to get a foothold into this amazing area on the Sunshine Coast. We are now looking to share this lovely space with you, providing you with an enjoyable experience from the moment you arrive until your departure.

All The Things
We affectionately call our oasis 511 Cotton Tree, highlighting the floor and apartment number for quick and easy reference. When booking, you’ll notice a number ’10’ (as in 10511) which serves as a prefix, indicating the front building of our complex.
Here’s how our numbering system of apartment ‘10511’ works to ensure you find your oasis with ease:
’10’ – This signifies the charming front building of our complex, where your stay begins.
‘5’ – This number tells you that your home-away-from-home is nestled on the fifth floor, offering lovely views and just the right amount of privacy.
’11‘ – And finally, this is your unique apartment number, making it easy to find once you step off the elevator.
Check-In
Check-in is from 3pm | Check-out is at 10am.
Please communicate with us if you are going to arrive earlier and we may be able to accommodate you. Note that late check-out can be arranged in advance if there is availability at a small additional fee.
NOTE: Late check-out will be charged to your account at a rate of $75 per hour if a late check-out has not been agreed prior to your check-in.
House Rules
Please no smoking. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the apartment or on the balconies.
Guide and companion dogs are welcome, no other animals are permitted
As per the By-laws you are not permitted to hang anything over the balcony. Clothes airers have been provided if you need to dry clothes / towels.
Guest authorization: Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed to stay in the apartment
Cleanliness: We ask that you kindly treat this space with respect. Please load all dishes etc, into the dishwasher and remove rubbish from the apartment before leaving. For your convenience, you will find a small hand broom and dust pan located on the kitchen cupboard door and a pull out garbage bin. Just open the doors, you will find them. Should you need it, there is also a mop and bucket available in the apartment you can access.
Check-out time: Guests should complete check-out by the designated check-out time of 10am unless otherwise agreed.
Key return: Please always keep your keys on you, if keys are lost or stolen there is a $250.00 (GST Inc.) replacement charge per set of both the key and fob. On departure please ensure that your keys are returned to the Letting Manager or left in the key drop as directed for early departures.
Something not right: Don’t hesitate, let us know immediately so we can rectify it for you. Our priority is that you have a carefree, relaxing stay at 511 Cotton Tree.
Breakage: Any breakages are the responsibility of the guest/s. Should there be any damage, please advise the Letting Manager directly. We understand accidents happen, please let us know if you have had an accident that has resulted in breakage so that we can rectify the matter for you.
Directions & Parking
Whilst the building is situated on The Esplanade in Cotton Tree, the entry to the building and the carpark are from Memorial Avenue at the rear of the building.
Once you have check-in, you will be given a security pass along with the key to the apartment. You will need this security pass to operate the security door to the garage, both front and rear entries to the building and the elevator.
Please park in allocated car spaces found in the basement of the North Tower. Your car space is located on Level B2. Turn to the left on level B2 and moving straight forward you will see your spaces are on the right side, they are numbered 10511. Please use these car spaces and leave spaces marked with a V for visitors to the building.
Please do not block the other vehicles and only park at the designated locations.
Check-Out

Garbage
There is a recycle bin located in the labelled cupboard on the right as you leave the apartment and there is a rubbish shoot located on the right immediately next to the elevator both on Level 5, both are just outside the apartment. There are replacement rubbish bags in the cutlery draw for you to use.
Recreational Facilities
The Cosmopolitan includes a heated pools and spas, gymnasium, sauna and BBQ areas for you to enjoy. The Recreational Facilities are open daily between 7am – 9pm.
Please ensure that you read and follow the House Rules for use of the Recreational Facilities.

- Bottarga Restaurant on Mundoo Boulevard offers some good Italian food
- Samila Gaeng on George Street offers an exceptional Thai experience
- Giddy Geisha on South Sea Islander Way offers modern Asian street food
- Cotton Tree Beach Bar on The Esplanade offers modern Australian fare
- Orleans Restaurant and Bar on Duporth Avenue offers upscale American cuisine with a French twist
- Local Flow Eatery on Cotton Tree Parade offers great cocktails and modern Mediterranean food
- Maroochy RSL on Memorial Avenue offer the usual suspects and is a nice venue to sit and have a drink or a coffee. They have a nice café. It’s a nice easy option and it’s located right behind the apartment (3 minute walk door to door) so you don’t have to go far after your busy day!
